ASRS Station - Handling, Transporting, Storing

A warehouse provides 20 places for storing of workpieces. The workpieces are transported to their storage places by a vertical- and a horizontal axis. The placing of workpieces is done by a pneumatic jib, and the positioning of the transport axes is effected by barrier light sensors and micro switches. The axes are driven by DC geared motors over a toothed belt resp. over a gear rack, moving slides on linear guides.
